Before you register, please read all information about conference fees, social activities, accommodation, payment and cancellation.

Information
Invoice and service fee will be charged on all invoices. Please note that VAT is not added on the conference fees in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible.
The full conference fee includes: coffee breaks, lunch, all sessions, abstract book and poster session event.
Accommodation, social activities and invoice fee will be charged with 25% Danish VAT. All prices mentioned are incl. VAT.

Payment
To process your registration, we need full payment before the conference.
- By credit card. You will be forwarded a link for credit card payment after your registration and together with your confirmation and invoice.
- By bank transfer. You will be forwarded an invoice by e-mail where payment terms will be stated.
- By electronic invoice (EAN). This is only for Danish delegates.
Exchange rate
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and you will be charged in Danish Kroner (DKK). We have listed all prices in Euro as well, as an indication for you. Check todays exchange rate: click here
Cancellation | conference fee
Total cancellations of the conference fee are permissible free of charge when the cancellation is made in writing to Boesen & Co ApS, no later than the 10 September 2024. After 10 September 2024 full conference fee will be charged.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place. All cancellation and changes are only valid when in writing and confirmed by both parties.
Cancellation | accommodation
Until 10 October 2024 cancellation will be free of charge. After 10 October 2024 cancellation or no-show will be charged for the entire stay, unless the hotel is able to sell your room to other party.
The deadline for any name, arrival or departure changes is 10 October. After this date it is not possible to make any changes on the individual accommodation. All cancellations and changes are only valid when in writing and confirmed by both parties.
